Baby Kale

Baby kale is the Red Russian kale harvested while its leaves are still small, young, and tender.

Storage

Store baby kale in a plastic bag, in the refrigerator. Best eaten within a few days. Please note that although we typically wash most of the vegetables after the harvest we recommend you to wash the produce before consumption.

Cooking inspiration

Baby kale is delicious, raw in salads or lightly cooked. Add it into a soup, pasta dish, or a risotto at the end of cooking. Because it is a sturdier salad green, it stands up to a bolder dressing like Caesar.
