Who We Are

Cyrille Gaubert

Cyrille Gaubert

Cyrille Gaubert left Paris 3 years ago in search of a more sustainable lifestyle. His journey got him to meet urban farmers all around the world and open its eyes to the necessity of relocating a part of the food production in the cities. He believes that urban farms not only produce food but are also an incredible knowledge platform about food.

As a passionate social entrepreneur, Cyrille is currently running Swedens first incubator for urban farms, Stadsbruk. He collaborates with more than 30 urban farms in Sweden and is an enthusiastic home grower of microgreens.

Saba Nazarian
